I’m the owner of Coastal Fitness, married to Carlos, and proud mom of two amazing (and very active!) kids. Between the two, we juggle seven sports throughout the year — so full calendars and loud cheering are a regular part of life.
I grew up immersed in competitive cheer, dance, and gymnastics. I cheered at South Alabama my freshman year and later transferred to UAB, where I danced for the football and basketball teams while completing my degree in Psychology.
I went on to earn my Master’s in Health Care Administration from the University of New Orleans — and during my time there, I danced professionally for the NBA’s New Orleans Hornets.
I moved back to Foley in 2011 and found CrossFit in 2013. It was love at first WOD. It’s the only fitness program I’ve truly stuck with — I love the challenge, the variation, and most of all, the community.
I earned my CF-L1 in 2020 and my CF-L2 in 2025.
Coaching and teaching have always been in my blood. I love watching people gain confidence and do things they once thought were impossible. Funny enough, I’m an extroverted introvert — shy by nature, but I’ve trained myself to be social. My favorite movements are hang power cleans, pull-ups, and any excuse to kick up into a handstand.
Coastal Fitness has grown into something so special, and I’m beyond grateful to lead such a strong, supportive gym family. 💙
