Michelle is a wife, mom of four girls, salon owner, and lifelong go-getter. She’s been doing CrossFit for over 10 years and recently decided to step into coaching because she genuinely loves it — not just the barbell side, but the people side. Helping others chase their goals and build confidence through fitness lights her up. Outside the gym, Michelle runs her own salon and juggles family life with the same energy she brings to every workout. Her favorite movement? The deadlift — because nothing feels more empowering than picking up heavy weight and proving you’re stronger than you thought.
